Refund Policy

We are very grateful for all donations to the Guanyin Holy Mountain.

The donor has 15 days to get his/her refund by sending an email to info@guanyinhm.com. Information in this email should include: the details of the initial donation, such as the date, amount, name of the donor, and receipt number. If you follow the instruction above, the refund will be sent back to you in 15 days. Once your refund is issued, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.
